I suggest that everyone (and especially young women) be extremely careful while considering employment abroad. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Companies usually do not send emissaries to Ukraine looking to fill a well paying and respectable position in the US or Europe.
You can become a victim of human traffikers that entice girls in Ukraine with perspectives of working in a hospitality industry in a Western contry and then taking them to Romania, Montenegro or some other country to work as prostitutes. If they ask you to not tell anyone about this exciting opportunity before you leave, etc. - it's a warning sign.
Even if it's not a scam don't expect to land a cushy job. A manual laborer job usually has low wages, is very hard and you will not have the same labor rights as a citizen of the country you end up at.
There are agencies here in Chicago that are recruiting women from the Eastern Europe to work as baby sitters. Even if it is a reputable agency be prepared for some pretty bad experiences. One family I know hired a babysitter from Bulgaria through such an agency. Once she arrived they took her passport so she could not leave them freely and move to another job even if she was offered one without having legal employment rights.
They treated her well but still she was not free - didn't have a car, didn't have legal papers, etc. Some people may treat you like a slave and if you are not familiar with laws of the host country you may be in trouble.
Don't be discouraged, however - if you are a professional with a valuable skill and experience you have a very good chance to find a well paying position, especially in the US. There are work visas and your chances are pretty good. Once you are in the US the opportunities are endless! This country is beautiful!

Hi, everybody! have you heard about USA organisation Youth CAN and camp Rah-Rah? if you haven't, it must be interesting for those, who'd like to improve talkative language and to have a big fun in a company of counslers from english speaking countries. I was in Rah-Rah two years ago and i still have a plenty of wonderful memories and a lot of friends in America.
